- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that all food meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all kitchen operations are meeting standards.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
- Ensure that all customer requests and needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 5 years or more of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Head Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with tight deadlines and high pressure. The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of quality and professionalism at all times.
