Facilities Manager

Faster-Gas Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate work activities with other departments and establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in facilities management and cleaning services.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 35 hours per week.
