Exciting Opportunity for a Banking Professional

TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Everyday Banking Advisor. This is a fantastic chance to work with a reputable company on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer 40-60 inbound calls per shift to provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist clients with everyday banking inquiries, account openings, password changes, and credit card inquiries
  • Provide empathetic responses to clients' questions and resolve concerns efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and build strong relationships
  • Adhere to compliance processes to protect client interests
  • Help clients utilize digital tools and services

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin OR English and Cantonese
  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to work in-office one day per week
  • Proven relationship-building skills and strong communication abilities

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills and digital literacy
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in technology and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
