  • Ensure compliance with banking routines, processes, and controls.
  • Assist clients with digital banking capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French (reading and verbal). Testing will be administered to assess language skills.
  • 6 months+ of previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience.
  • Ability to work shift work, including weekends.
  • Proven ability in building rapport and maintaining client relationships.
