Senior Partner, Capital Project Delivery, Impact Assessment

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join our team as a Senior Partner, Capital Project Delivery, Impact Assessment - Mining Sector. As a key member of our global consulting firm, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and contribute to the success of our clients in the mining industry.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to become a true owner and shareholder in a business with sustainability at its core. As a Senior Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities in the mining sector
- Providing business value and raising the profile of ERM's capabilities within client organizations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Leading consulting engagements in impact assessment, technical discipline-specific consulting, and permitting and compliance
- Managing a high-performance team and mentoring emerging talent

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BSc/MSc in environmental science, engineering, law, or equivalent
- 15+ years of demonstrated experience in capital project delivery, impact assessment, and/or permitting, working substantially with the mining sector in Canada
- In-depth understanding of the mining industry, including juniors, mid-tier, and major miners, and existing industry relationships that can be leveraged into new business
- Demonstrated experience working with federal and provincial legislation and policies that apply to mine project development and permitting in Canada
- Business acumen to understand risks and challenges and to recognize opportunities to provide enterprise-wide solutions for clients
