Senior Partner, Capital Project Delivery, Impact Assessment

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Partner, Capital Project Delivery, Impact Assessment - Mining Sector. This is an opportunity to become a true owner and shareholder in a business with Sustainability at its core.
About the Role:As a Senior Partner, you will be responsible for leading our Impact Assessment service area in Canada, focusing on supporting development of projects in the mining and energy sectors. You will work with our clients to identify their environmental and social impacts and risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they are managed from early project concept inception through to closure implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with other ERM Partners to develop commercial strategies and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide business value and raise the profile of ERM's capabilities within client organizations.
- Develop and expand existing client relationships by delivering strategic consulting advice and quality service.
- Manage business opportunities and develop proposals, including written content, pricing, presentations, and contracting.
- Lead consulting engagements in impact assessment, technical discipline-specific consulting, and permitting and compliance.
- Build and grow a high-performance team, serving as a leader and mentor to consultants.
- BSc/MSc in environmental science, engineering, law, or equivalent.
- 15+ years of experience with capital project delivery, impact assessment, and/or permitting, working substantially with the mining sector in Canada.
- In-depth understanding of the mining industry, including juniors, mid-tier, and major miners, and existing industry relationships.
- Demonstrated experience working with federal and provincial legislation and policies that apply to mine project development and permitting in Canada.
- Business acumen to understand risks and challenges and recognize opportunities to provide enterprise-wide solutions for clients.
