We are seeking an experienced and accomplished professional to join our team as a Senior Partner, Capital Project Delivery and Impact Assessment. As a key member of our global consulting firm, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Impact Assessment services in the mining sector.
About the RoleThis is a Partner-level opportunity for a seasoned leader who is passionate about sustainability and has a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects. As a Senior Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities with mining clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the mining industry
- Leading consulting engagements in impact assessment, technical discipline-specific consulting, and permitting and compliance
- Managing a high-performance team and mentoring consultants to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of experience in capital project delivery, impact assessment, and/or permitting, with a strong focus on the mining sector in Canada
- Deep understanding of federal and provincial legislation and policies related to mine project development and permitting in Canada
- Business acumen and ability to understand risks and challenges, as well as recognize opportunities to provide enterprise-wide solutions for clients
- Demonstrable track record of delivering multi-million-dollar sales results annually, including successfully winning and delivering large and strategic projects
