We are seeking an experienced and accomplished professional to join our team as a Senior Partner, Capital Project Delivery and Impact Assessment. As a key member of our global consulting firm, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Impact Assessment services in the mining sector.

About the Role

This is a Partner-level opportunity for a seasoned leader who is passionate about sustainability and has a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects. As a Senior Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities with mining clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the mining industry
  • Leading consulting engagements in impact assessment, technical discipline-specific consulting, and permitting and compliance
  • Managing business opportunities and developing proposals, including written content, pricing, presentations, and contracting
  • Contributing to the growth and development of ERM's global Impact Assessment & Planning service area
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of demonstrated experience with capital project delivery, impact assessment, and/or permitting, working substantially with the mining sector in Canada
  • In-depth understanding of the mining industry, including juniors, mid-tier, and major miners, and existing industry relationships that can be leveraged into new business
  • Demonstrated experience working with federal and provincial legislation and policies that apply to mine project development and permitting in Canada
  • Business acumen to understand risks and challenges and to recognize opportunities to provide enterprise-wide solutions for clients
  • Demonstrable track record in delivering multi-million-dollar sales results annually, including successfully winning and delivering large and strategic projects to successful regulatory outcomes
