The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional property management services to our clients, ensuring compliance with management agreements and provincial legislation. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a high level of property performance, managing site staff and contractors, and providing fiscally responsible financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide property management services to clients in compliance with management agreements and provincial legislation.
  • Ensure all activity is conducted within company policies and procedures regarding property operations.
  • Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio.
  • Demonstrate strong, fiscally responsible financial management skills to meet client expectations.
  • Create, manage, and supervise site staff teams and contractors to maximize property performance.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Strata Management license and a track record of excellence.
  • 2-3 years' experience in strata management.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable using web apps.
  • Working towards an REIC property management designation is considered an asset.
