Manage Property Services

The Strata Property Manager will be responsible for preparing and administering contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and coordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.

Monitor Progress and Costs

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the progress and cost of work for property owners, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Compile and Maintain Records

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and maintaining records on operating expenses and income, and preparing expense and income reports.

Supervise Support Staff

The Strata Property Manager will be responsible for hiring and supervising support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.

Requirements
  • Membership in the Institute of Real Estate Management
  • Work Term: Permanent
