About the Role

Colyvan Pacific Real Estate Management is seeking a highly skilled Strata Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our strata properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Supervise Support Staff

Recruit, train, and supervise support staff to perform operational, clerical, or maintenance duties, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance

Work closely with property owners to implement repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

Monitor Progress and Costs

Regularly monitor the progress and costs of work for property owners, providing updates and recommendations to ensure optimal results.

Compile and Maintain Records

Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Prepare Reports

Prepare detailed expense and income reports for property owners, providing insights into financial performance and areas for improvement.

Ensure Business Licenses

Verify and ensure that all necessary business and commercial licenses are in place, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
