About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Property Manager to join our team at Wynford Realty Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring that all terms are met and that the best possible deals are secured.

Manage Property Services

The Strata Property Manager will be responsible for preparing and administering contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard.

Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation work, monitoring progress and cost to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Compile and Maintain Records

The Strata Property Manager will be responsible for compiling and maintaining accurate records of operating expenses and income, as well as preparing expense and income reports.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field

Certifications and Memberships

Membership in the Institute of Real Estate Management

Work Environment

Permanent full-time position
