About the Role

As a Financial Manager at BGIS, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function for a large client portfolio. This includes managing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting process, preparing and compiling financial reporting packages, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial planning and analysis cycle, including annual planning and analysis
  • Direct and manage FP&A activities, including conducting in-depth financial analysis and making recommendations
  • Collaborate with client finance counterparts on month-end close activities and prepare reporting deadline calendars
  • Ensure accounting operations are audit compliant and SOX compliant
  • Support client monthly financial review meetings

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive financial management experience
  • Advanced user of Excel and experience managing large volumes of data
  • Fully developed leadership skills to manage a team of individual contributors
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA designation required
