Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at EPIC - Educational Program Innovations Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
