Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

At Scotts Miracle-Gro, we're looking for a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key partner to our operating units, you'll play a critical role in supporting our drive for profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual budget and monthly financial forecast processes, ensuring all corporate deadlines are met.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to analyze key financial metrics and trends, providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Oversee pricing functions, including managing the PriceFX tool and collaborating with the Customer Service team to ensure SAP pricing is loaded annually.
  • Manage general accounting functions, ensuring all corporate policies and processes are followed.
  • Develop and maximize the performance of team members, promoting a process improvement mindset and a positive, collaborative environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • CPA Designation
  • 7-10 years of experience, preferably in FP&A
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SAP, and BPC
  • Experience working with large amounts of data and turning it into meaningful analysis
  • Experience leading a team, preferred
