Executive Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in Ontario, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations of our organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

About the Role

The Executive Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver programs and services
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, funders, and community partners
  • Managing budgets and financial resources to ensure the sustainability of the organization
  • Representing the organization in a professional and effective manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as social work, business administration, or non-profit management
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $145,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
