Job Title: Executive Director

The Ontario Municipal Social Services Association is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

About the Role:

Requirements:
  • University degree in social work, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in non-profit management, social services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and team management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
