Manulife is seeking a seasoned Director, Competitive Intelligence & Insights to join our GWAM Asia team. As a critical partner, you will help drive business growth and maintain a competitive advantage in the Asia market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret GWAM Asia market and competitor data to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive intelligence informs key decisions.
- Connect industry and competitor intel to Manulife's internal capabilities and strategies.
- Prepare and present competitive intelligence reports and findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of competitive intelligence experience in financial services, with deep knowledge of the Asia GWAM business.
- Professional designation (MBA, CPA, CFA) an asset.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to connect the dots and rapidly identify relevant patterns and issues.
- Result-oriented with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
