Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Maple Honda. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to help them improve their performance.
  5. Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  6. Financial Management: Manage the sales budget and ensure that we are meeting our financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
