About the Role

This is a key position within Ipsos that plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of research services to our clients. As a Senior Market Research Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project coordination and implementation: Manage multiple market research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Client relationship management: Collaborate with clients to design and implement research approaches that meet their needs, working closely with the Vice President to develop strategic solutions.
  • Research design and methodology: Prepare proposals, deliver research design and methodological advice to clients, and design questionnaires to gather relevant data.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a research environment, with 3+ years of quantitative Innovation research experience.
  • In-depth experience designing and executing primary consumer research.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
  • Strong quantitative research, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to draw insights and tell a story with data.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
  • Experience and comfort with presenting research results to clients.
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
