Job Title: Senior Research Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Manager to join our team at Junction Collective. As a Senior Research Manager, you will be responsible for leading quantitative market research projects, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quantitative market research projects from start to finish, including designing research studies, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their research needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure research findings are integrated into business strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research, and apply this knowledge to improve research methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantitative market research, with a focus on the pharma industry.
  • Proven track record of leading complex research projects and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
