About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at TechInsights, a leading provider of information and analysis for the semiconductor industry. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis functions, including producing monthly board packages, quarterly forecasts, and other financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly board packages and quarterly forecasts, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, to develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and models.
  • Analysis and Support: Provide technical, analytical, and coordination support to assist with the reporting of monthly financial results and the development of monthly/quarterly operating forecasts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the forecast accuracy of models used within the forecasting application and general reporting capabilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business/Accounting.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including solid Excel skills, and experience using NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning software an asset.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, meet set deadlines, and excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
