About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Director to join our team at 9193-9017 Québec inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Procedure Development: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of our equipment and systems.
  • Maintenance and Repair Oversight: Direct the maintenance and repair of our establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, to ensure they meet our operational needs.
  • Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot issues related to equipment to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
