We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Maintenance to join our team at 9193-9017 Québec inc.

Job Summary

The Director of Maintenance will be responsible for developing and implementing schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. This role will also oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
  • Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a hotel, motel, or resort environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The Director of Maintenance will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. The role will require frequent walking, standing, and lifting of equipment.

Language

The primary language of work is French.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
