Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Director to join our team at 9193-9017 Québec inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and Procedure Development: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Maintenance and Repair: Direct the maintenance and repair of our establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  3. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
  4. Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal to maintain a clean and organized facility.
  5. Problem Resolution: Resolve product and service-related problems in a timely and efficient manner to minimize disruptions to our operations.
  6. Equipment Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems related to equipment to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
Requirements
  1. Education: Completion of a college diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  2. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  3. Language: Fluency in French is required.
  4. Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
