About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Director to join our team at 9193-9017 Québec inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Programs: Create and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Lead Maintenance and Repair Efforts: Direct the maintenance and repair of our establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Oversee Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Coordinate Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Resolve Issues and Troubleshoot: Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot issues related to equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
