We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Director to join our team at 9193-9017 Québec inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Procedure Development: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Maintenance and Repair Oversight: Direct the maintenance and repair of our establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot issues related to equipment to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in French.
