General Manager

Fraserway RV is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our Kamloops dealership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to achieve dealership performance metrics and align with Fraserway RV's mission, vision, and values.
- Partner with the Vice President of Operations and National Leadership Team to drive top-line, bottom-line, and market-share results.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective sales, service, and parts operations.
- Stay abreast of consumer trends, demands, and competitor value propositions to ensure our brands and models align with customer needs.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience at an executive management level within a regional or national customer service-driven business.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
- Broad understanding of sales, marketing, operations, risk management, finance, supply chain, and talent management.
