Job Title: General Manager

Fraserway RV is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished General Manager to lead our Kamloops dealership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales, service, and profitability goals.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage dealership finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer demands, and competitor activity to ensure Fraserway RV remains a leader in the RV industry.
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a customer service-driven business.
  • Proven track record of growing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
