Job Title: General Manager, Performance

At Indigo, we're seeking a highly skilled General Manager, Performance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of store managers and associates to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
