Job Title: General Manager

Kamloops Electric Motor Sales & Services Ltd. is a leading provider of industrial motor sales, service, and repair solutions. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the effectiveness of management and ensure the team is aligned with company goals.
  • Select, orient, train, coach, counsel, and discipline managers and staff as needed.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise job results to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee and manage operations to ensure cohesion among departments and meet customer requirements.
  • Utilize the strength of our product network to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of management experience, preferably in an industrial service business.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Quality program experience, such as ISO, CSA, or UL, is an asset.
  • Experience managing a team of professionals and excellent time management skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
