Executive General Manager

Fraserway RV is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our Kamloops dealership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to achieve dealership performance metrics and align with Fraserway RV's mission, vision, and values.
- Partner with the Vice President of Operations and National Leadership Team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Establish key performance objectives (KPOs) and ensure their alignment with dealership and company goals.
- Stay abreast of consumer trends, competitor value propositions, and market demands to ensure our brands and models meet customer needs.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience at an executive management level in a customer service-driven business.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a values-based organization, embracing innovative ideas and creative approaches.
