Job Title: Director of Global Contract Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Global Contract Management to join our team at Manulife Insurance Malaysia. As a key member of our Global Data Technology team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contract management process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sustainable contracts renewal process
  • Operationalize plans and lead the development of Global Data's portfolio of contracts
  • Persuade and influence internal and external team members to take action on vendor- and contracts-related decisions
  • Perform contracting tasks such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Proof of Concept (PoC) agreements
  • Process annual software maintenances, SaaS renewals, invoicing, and purchase orders
  • Lead active contracts and mitigate any disputes or audits that take place
  • Conduct data analytics on vendor spend and identify optimization opportunities
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in global supply chain management and/or vendor management and/or contract management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
  • Awareness of Microsoft data and cloud technology stack
  • Strong emotional intelligence, social skills, awareness, and management of relationships and politics in a corporate environment
  • Consistent record of preparing high-quality audience-based communications and presentations
