Job Title: Director, Global Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Global Accounts to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our key account base in Canada.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy to increase market share and revenue in Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase Accor's presence and revenue.
  • Qualify client needs and expectations to define the value proposition and ensure proper delivery of agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with global business trends and provide insights, market expertise, and innovative solutions to clients.
  • Develop relationships and animate the account's third-party network to positively influence Accor's position across market segments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of global or property sales and management experience.
  • Ability to analyze client business environments and lead a 360° strategic approach.
  • Meetings and Incentives expert with strong business knowledge.
  • Experience in handling complex commercial and contract negotiations.
  • Knowledgeable in revenue management and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to streamline complex sales processes.
