Global Accounts Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Global Accounts to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our key account base in Canada.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy to increase market share and revenue in Canada.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase Accor's presence and revenue.
- Qualify client needs and expectations to define the value proposition and ensure proper delivery of agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with global business trends and provide insights, market expertise, and innovative solutions to clients.
- Develop relationships and animate the account's third-party network to positively influence Accor's position across market segments.
- Minimum of 5 years of global or property sales and management experience.
- Ability to analyze client business environments and lead a 360° strategic approach.
- Meetings and Incentives expert with strong business knowledge.
- Experience in handling complex commercial and contract negotiations.
- Knowledgeable in revenue management and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to streamline complex sales processes.
