Global Sourcing Manager

Brookfield Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Global Sourcing Manager to join our Technology Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our sourcing category strategy, leading the strategic sourcing process, and managing the contract lifecycle for various technology vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sourcing category strategies that support business needs and objectives
- Lead the strategic sourcing process, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including vendor risk assessment, cyber-security review, and compliance review
- Foster and manage vendor/client relationships
- Identify opportunities to drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies within current and new 3rd party arrangements
- Minimum 3 years degree or diploma in Business Management or related discipline, or 7-10 years' experience in Technology Sourcing
- Proven experience in end-to-end sourcing lifecycle management, contract negotiations, and vendor management
- Working knowledge in infrastructure, cyber-security, and end-user categories
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, Monday.com, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
