Job Title: District Sales Manager
Job Summary:
GSI Electronics Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current clients and developing strategies to achieve performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted sales and market share targets.
- Maintain industry contacts to stay up-to-date on technical, competitive, and other developments that can positively impact GSI's operations.
- Assist customers and GSI with promotional events such as trade shows, open houses, and other customer/product events.
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of all GSI products and train clients on their features and benefits.
- Collaborate with other regional directors, management, customer services representatives, and other functions to achieve business and financial objectives.
- Manage and coordinate needs to achieve business and financial objectives.
- Develop and implement performance tracking tools.
- Ensure high standards of quality in services offered to clients.
Requirements:
- Technical education in agriculture, agronomy, sales, or a related field, or a combination of experience related to the position.
- Three years of experience in sales.
- One year of experience in sales relating to grain storage.
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector and agricultural technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, autonomy, and bilingualism (French and English).
