Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at L & Z Trinity Food Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced food service establishment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work environment will be noisy, with odours and wet/damp conditions.
