Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BOUTON D'OR FOOD LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to provide guidance and support to staff on menu planning and preparation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
