Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in evaluating, designing, and improving manufacturing methods to ensure the highest quality standards are met. This position requires a strong understanding of product design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain a Quality Program to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Initiate enhanced reporting, materials planning, and system planning to support business growth.
- Identify and recommend corrective actions to address non-compliance issues.
- Develop and maintain engineering Bills of Material (BOMs) within the MRP environment.
- Provide technical support for MRP system, manufacturing equipment, and tools.
- Collaborate on projects to improve manufacturing processes and systems.
- Effectively manage engineering requirements for MRP implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field.
- 3 years experience in manufacturing or related industry.
- Working knowledge of CAD/Solidworks.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Able to speak and write standard English.
- Legally able to work in applicable country.
- Experience in CNC programming.
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma process.
