Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in evaluating, designing, and improving manufacturing methods to ensure the highest quality standards are met. This position requires a strong understanding of product design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  2. Develop and maintain a Quality Program to ensure compliance with company standards.
  3. Initiate enhanced reporting, materials planning, and system planning to support business growth.
  4. Identify and recommend corrective actions to address non-compliance issues.
  5. Develop and maintain engineering Bills of Material (BOMs) within the MRP environment.
  6. Provide technical support for MRP system, manufacturing equipment, and tools.
  7. Collaborate on projects to improve manufacturing processes and systems.
  8. Effectively manage engineering requirements for MRP implementation.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field.
  2. 3 years experience in manufacturing or related industry.
  3. Working knowledge of CAD/Solidworks.
  4. Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  7. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  8. Able to speak and write standard English.
  9. Legally able to work in applicable country.
  10. Experience in CNC programming.
  11. Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma process.
