Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in evaluating, designing, and improving manufacturing methods to ensure the highest quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods to optimize production efficiency and product quality
  • Develop and maintain a Quality Program to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Initiate and implement enhanced reporting, materials planning, and system planning to improve manufacturing processes
  • Identify and recommend corrective actions to address non-compliance issues and improve overall quality
  • Develop and maintain engineering Bills of Material (BOMs) within the Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) environment
  • Provide technical support for MRP system, manufacturing equipment, and tools
  • Collaborate and lead projects to improve manufacturing processes and systems
  • Effectively manage engineering requirements for MRP implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field
  • 3 years of experience in manufacturing or related industry
  • Working knowledge of CAD/Solidworks and MRP/ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Able to speak and write standard English
  • Legally able to work in applicable country
  • Experience in CNC programming and Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma process
