We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Admitted Student Advisor to join our team at Adler University. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition for our admitted students into the University.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive outreach to admitted students to ensure they remain engaged with the University throughout the transition process.
- Collaborate with student organizations to welcome incoming students and foster a sense of community and engagement.
- Assist admitted students with the selection and registration of first-term classes, as well as the transfer credit process.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all student communication and documents.
- Work closely with the Registrar's Office and Program Directors to ensure sufficient course availability for incoming students.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate melt and ensure a successful transition for admitted students.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, higher education, or a sales environment.
This is a full-time position located on our Vancouver campus. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We OfferAdler University offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 CAD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
