About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photographic Studio Manager to join our team at INAV PHOTO INC. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to excel in their roles.
  • Project Planning: Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including setting deadlines, allocating resources, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and value.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, making adjustments as needed to ensure the studio remains financially stable.
  • Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervision: Provide supervision and guidance to staff members, ensuring that they have the support and resources needed to excel in their roles.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize word processing software and electronic mail to communicate with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the creative industry and its challenges.
  • Workplace Information: Work in a hybrid environment, with a permanent position and 30-40 hours of work per week.

  • Language: Fluency in English.
