Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Photographic Studio Manager to join our team at INAV PHOTO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the work of our photography team, including assigning tasks and deadlines.
  • Determine the most effective and efficient way to produce high-quality visual content, including selecting equipment and software.
  • Implement and maintain a system for tracking and managing inventory, including equipment and supplies.
  • Plan and manage budgets, including forecasting expenses and monitoring revenues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, including communicating project status and timelines.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard, including reviewing and approving final products.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the photography or visual media industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and with clients.
  • Proficiency in software and equipment relevant to the role, including Adobe Creative Suite and photography equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions
