Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Photographic Studio Manager to join our team at INAV PHOTO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 1-2 staff members, assigning duties and tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and transparent.
  • Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets the company's quality standards.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the studio.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements, ensuring that the studio has the necessary personnel to meet its goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Work Setting: The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: The candidate should have a strong understanding of word processing software and electronic mail.
  • Transportation and Travel: The candidate should have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Workplace Information: The successful candidate will be required to work in a hybrid environment, with a 30-40 hour workweek.
