Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Photographic Studio Manager to join our team at INAV PHOTO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of the studio, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and train a team of photographers, assistants, and other support staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Manage the studio's inventory, including equipment, supplies, and software.
  • Monitor and control expenses, including labor, materials, and overheads.
  • Ensure that the studio is maintained in a clean and safe condition, and that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the studio's efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
