About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photographic Studio Manager to join our team at INAV PHOTO INC. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Project Planning: Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including setting budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they align with the company's goals and target market.
  • Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring they are fair and competitive.
  • Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
  • Staffing: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Work Setting: The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and with attention to detail.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in word processing software and electronic mail is essential.
  • Transportation and Travel: The candidate must have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and remote work.
