About the Role

Chef Reza Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Event Management: Manage events.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 people.

Technical Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Experience

You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in operations management.

Working Hours

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week.
