Strategic Operations Director

Synnapex, a leading provider of technology professional services and hardware solutions, seeks a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Operations Director to lead our growing smart building division.
This role demands outstanding leadership and team-building skills, as well as strategic insights to guide our company's growth and excellence in the smart building sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Refining and expanding our operations in the smart building and smart community sectors
- Developing Synnapex's smart building division by formulating and implementing value propositions that expand current business and cultivate new opportunities
- Collaborating with the President to build Synnapex's outsourced Chinese manufacturing supply chain network
- Planning product line refinements and improvements based on market trends
- Actively leading the evaluation of potential Chinese tech product manufacturing partners
- Establishing manufacturing partnerships, supply chain management processes, and policies
- Overseeing and guiding the resolution of product and technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in business administration, international trade, or a similar field, and have ~10+ years of experience in senior operations management for tech and hardware-related product manufacturing.
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese is a strong asset, but not a requirement. The successful candidate will also be proficient in ISO, ERP, SaaS, Six Sigma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
