Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Blaine Lake Esso. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
    • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule
