Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead the operations of our retail store, gas station, and liquor store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, managing staff, optimizing sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Leadership: Supervise daily operations across our retail store, gas station, and liquor store, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  2. Strategic Planning: Monitor and adjust operational strategies to align with market conditions and business goals.
  3. Team Management: Lead and develop the store team, assigning tasks to ensure effective operation.
  4. Staffing and Training: Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage the hiring and onboarding of new employees. Train staff on customer service best practices and ensure consistent service quality.
  5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overages, ensuring efficient stock rotation.
  6. Marketing and Sales: Utilize social media and other marketing channels to drive traffic and sales.
  7. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, ideally in gas stations, liquor stores, or convenience stores.
  3. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, especially those related to alcohol and fuel sales. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency with retail management software and MS Office applications.
  4. Personal Qualities: Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role. Comfortable working in varying conditions, including outdoor areas. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
